Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end technology delivery of assigned projects, leading initiatives including large-scale application development, systems integration, and process reengineering. The Project Manager will also be responsible for project financials, partnering closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables, and acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Establish and manage projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes
- Lead a variety of projects including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, and infrastructure upgrades
- Manage project financials and partner with Line of Business Change Management teams
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for technology issues
- Plan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion
- Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies
- Effectively communicate with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed
- Partner with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change
Requirements: - 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience
- Strong Project Management skills with ability to lead a team and drive to results
- Strong Change Management skills/experience
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or RTE
- Agile Certification
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project financial management skills
- Experience guiding projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed
- Experience with Jira
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
Desired skills: - Bachelor's degree
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology
- Experience working in a financial industry
Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
