Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, requiring engagement from multiple teams. As an individual contributor with Scrum Master experience, you will support end-to-end oversight and program delivery, facilitate continuous improvement, and maintain project communications across all levels of the organization using JIRA and Confluence.
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams
- Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards
- Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables
- Ensure execution and delivery meet expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
- Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution
Requirements: - Scrum Master with additional experience in portfolio level functions supporting end-to-end oversight and program delivery
- Experience enacting change, continuous improvement, and leading teams through release planning readiness
- Experience developing and documenting standards and maintaining project communications
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting across all levels of an organization
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
- Project Management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Tableau
Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
