Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Technology Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Spring Framework and RESTful Web Services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, microservices architecture, and modern full stack development practices.

The candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Java Full Stack applications using Spring Framework.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.
Design and implement microservices-based architecture for scalable and resilient applications.
Work on service discovery, API Gateway, and inter-service communication within distributed systems.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance optimization, and testing.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Work with DevOps teams for deployment automation and CI/CD integration.
Prepare technical design documents and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills

Must Have:

Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development
Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
Hands-on experience with RESTful Web Services
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
Experience with Java/J2EE technologies
Expertise in backend integrations and API development
Strong understanding of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
Experience with version control systems like Git
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Good to Have:

Experience with Service Discovery tools such as Eureka/Consul
Knowledge of API Gateway solutions such as Zuul/Kong/Apigee
Understanding of inter-service communication using REST, Kafka, RabbitMQ
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Frontend exposure in Angular / React / JavaScript
