Senior Designer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in brand identity development and visual systems, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful execution across multiple brand touchpoints. The right candidate brings agency experience, advanced graphic design capabilities, and a thoughtful approach to producing compelling visual work.

Responsibilities:
Develop distinctive brand identity concepts and cohesive visual systems for a range of creative projects.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design assets across print and digital brand applications.
Create high-quality marketing and collateral materials, including brochure designs and supporting visual elements.
Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce refined and presentation-ready creative work.
Partner with internal teams and, when needed, interact directly with clients to understand goals and present design solutions.
Maintain visual consistency across deliverables while ensuring each execution aligns with established brand standards.
Contribute to agency-style workflows by balancing multiple assignments, timelines, and feedback cycles effectively.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on branding and visual identity work.
Demonstrated agency experience in a design-focused environment is required.
Portfolio must showcase brand-driven projects such as identity systems, logo development, and multi-channel applications.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling principles.
Experience designing collateral such as brochures and other branded marketing materials.
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Previous client-facing experience is helpful, though it is not required for this contract engagement.
