About the role:
As an Electromechanical Engineering intern, you will perform service center support responsibilities including preparation of technical procedures, drawings, and specifications for equipment testing, use, and maintenance according to schedule, budget, contract, and scope requirements.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at our Blairsville location. This is a paid, full-time onsite summer position.

About the role:
As an Electromechanical Engineering intern, you will perform service center support responsibilities including preparation of technical procedures, drawings, and specifications for equipment testing, use, and maintenance according to schedule, budget, contract, and scope requirements.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at our Blairsville location. This is a paid, full-time onsite summer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of blueprints, layouts, sketches and work orders to assess equipment specifications and to determine tooling instructions, tools and materials needed and sequences of operations
- Provide support to product engineering and training by performing activities such as equipment modifications, equipment set up and testing, mock-up preparation, process testing and equipment and process qualifications
- Document equipment performance issues during field implementation, and ensure corrective actions are complete before next scheduled use
- Practice Human Performance Tools, INPO Principals, Industrial Health & Safety
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot field service equipment, including non-destructive examination (NDE) technology, robotic systems and computer networks
- Perform all assigned tasks with support, with a high degree of quality, and within the parameters of qualified procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Complete sophomore year of college
- or Permanent Resident
- No relocation assistance provided
