Summary

Position: Oracle SCM Quality Analyst

Location: Fremont, CA

Job Mode: Fulltime

 

Job Description:

The SCM Quality Analyst is responsible for driving end to end quality for enterprise applications and integrations that support critical supply chain workflows.

The role owns test strategy and execution, validates functional and cross system behaviour, and ensures strong data accuracy and release readiness across deployments.

The analyst partners closely with onshore client stakeholders, application managers, engineers, product teams, and operations to translate requirements into risk based test coverage, lead defect triage to closure, and coordinate with offshore QA/Engineering teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end to end QA delivery including test strategy, test planning, and execution for enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Perform functional, integration, end to end, and regression testing to ensure consistent quality across releases.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using enterprise defect management tools and drive issues to closure.
  • Partner with onshore stakeholders to clarify requirements, raise risks early, and escalate issues effectively.
  • Coordinate daily execution with offshore teams ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and progress.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems using SQL or equivalent methods.
  • Support release readiness activities including upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and feature rollouts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, documentation, and operational rigor.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of QA experience in enterprise applications with ownership of test planning and execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across global teams.
  • Experience testing integrations and end to end business processes across multiple systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with SDLC/STLC practices.
  • Exposure to Oracle SCM is a plus; willingness to be trained is required.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools; test automation exposure is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SCM modules.
  • Experience integrating with Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse systems.
  • Experience working in large scale, fast paced technology organizations.
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
