Low Voltage Electrical Apprentice

Pay: $20-$23/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Day Shift)
Location: Local job sites (must be able to drive yourself)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Low Voltage Electrical Apprentice to support installations, service work, and UPS battery replacements across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in low-voltage/electrical work with consistent weekday hours and hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of low-voltage systems (data, security, access control, cameras, cabling, etc.)
• Pull and route cable (Cat5/Cat6, fiber, coax as needed)
• Swap out UPS batteries
• Install devices, panels, raceways, and conduit (with guidance)
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Report to assigned job sites daily using your own vehicle

Requirements

• Interest in pursuing a career in low-voltage or electrical work
• Ability to travel to company job sites using your own car
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous construction or electrical experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of East Syracuse, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
