We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with Clinical Science Experience to join our Software Development team to support our client’s projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and coordinating requirements for scalable applications leveraging latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and create requirements documents.
Ability to understand the client requirements and provide alternate solutions.
Quick learner of clients' business process and up to date with the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders.
Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate findings to cross-functional team members and management.
Participate in design discussion and document the design.
Created business flow, Data flow diagram, Detailed Functional Requirements, System Specifications, and identity acceptance criteria working with the stakeholders.
Support End-to-End testing by defining high-level test cases to cover the critical path of the business.
Work with Scrum Master/Project Manager for project planning and support management as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Information Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Clinical Science
Excellent communication and writing skill
Ability to work with the clients and stakeholders
Ability to work with the team and learn at a rapid pace
Experience working with Requirements and Test Management tools.
