Fonctions et responsabilits principales / Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Rapports financiers / Financial Reporting
- Responsable du processus de reporting financier unit par unit, y compris les rapports de fin de mois, les budgets et les prvisions intermdiaires. / Responsible for Unit by Unit financial reporting process including month-end reporting, budgets, and interim forecasts.
- Soutenir les responsables d?unit dans la gnration de plans d?affaires et de soumissions budgtaires. / Support Unit managers in generating business plan and budget submissions.
Contrler / Controlling
- S?assurer que les politiques et procdures de l?entreprise sont respectes dans les units. / Ensure corporate policies and procedures are adhered to at Units.
- Identifier les faiblesses du contrle et mettre en ?uvre des initiatives de contrle des cots. / Identify control weaknesses and implement cost control initiatives.
- Tester les procdures de contrle interne des units et l?interaction avec le sige et les socits sous-traitantes:/ Test internal control procedures at Units and interaction with headquarters and outsource companies:
- Comptes fournisseurs ? contrles de processus AP de bout en bout avec Datamatics, conformment au manuel AP / Accounts Payable ? end to end AP process controls with Datamatics, per AP Manual
- Facturation ? qualit de la saisie directe des donnes dans les units et transfert la facturation centrale / Billing ? quality of direct data entry at Units and hand-off to Central Billing
- Paie ? contrle autour du temps et des prsences de Kronos, qualit des entres dans Ultipro / Payroll ? control around Kronos time & attendance, quality of input to Ultipro
- Grand livre gnral ? suivi des transactions SAP conformment au manuel de contrle de gestion des units SAP / General Ledger ? monitoring SAP transactions in line with SAP Unit Controlling Manual
Analyse et pilotage de la performance / Analysis and Performance Driving
- Dvelopper des indicateurs cls de performance (KPI) pour suivre les cots des matriaux et de la main-d??uvre par unit. / Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) to track material and labor costs by Unit.
- Analyser les tendances financires, dfinir et initier des mesures correctives. / Analyze financial trends, define and initiate corrective measures.
- Conduire les objectifs de productivit de l'unit grce des revues rgulires d'amlioration continue avec les directeurs gnraux et les propritaires de processus. / Drive Unit productivity goals through regular Continuous Improvement reviews with General Managers and Process Owners.
- Aider l?unit planifier la main-d??uvre en fonction des changements commerciaux prvus. / Assist Unit in planning labor based on forecasted business changes.
Rentabilit client / Customer Profitability
- Examiner les propositions de prix pour les clients et aider le vice-prsident rgional dans les dcisions de prix / Review pricing proposals for customers and assist Area VP in pricing decisions
- Aider les units maintenir une analyse efficace des profits et des pertes par client. / Assist the Units in maintaining effective analysis of profit and loss by customer
Qualifications
Formation / Education:
- Diplme BS/BA en finance ou en comptabilit (prfr) / BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
Exprience professionnelle / Work Experience:
- 7 annes d?exprience dans un domaine connexe / 7 years of experience in a related field
- Connaissances approfondies en finance, en contrle de gestion et en gestion de trsorerie / Broad knowledge of finance, controlling, and cash management
- Good command of the French and English languages, both written and verbal. English language proficiency is required for this job as a result of the nature of the duties, including regular communication with internal stakeholders based outside Quebec who are not proficient in the French language. This determination has been made in accordance with the Charter of the French Language.
- Excellente matrise du franais et de l?anglais, tant l?crit qu? l?oral.
