Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, and data transformation, with the ability to build scalable and high-performance data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS
• Develop and optimize data integration pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources such as databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Perform data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data-related issues
• Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Implement best practices in ETL design and data integration
• Monitor and optimize ETL performance and job scheduling
• Maintain technical documentation for workflows, mappings, and processes
• Support production deployments and post-production support

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration frameworks
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Knowledge of data quality and data governance practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or other cloud data warehouses
• Knowledge of Python or shell scripting
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with data migration and modernization projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in ETL / Informatica development
