Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Slack Enterprise Grid & Integration Developer to help establish Slack as the organization''s core Work Operating System (WorkOS). The role involves designing Slack governance, security controls, workspace architecture, workflow automation, and developing custom Slack applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain custom Slack apps, bots, and workflows using Slack APIs (Events API, Web API, Bolt Framework).
· Implement and support Slack Enterprise Grid architecture, governance, security, and operational processes.
· Integrate Slack with enterprise SaaS platforms such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
· Develop bi-directional integrations for real-time data synchronization, notifications, and automation.
· Manage Slack app lifecycle, permissions, security controls, and integration standards.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize collaboration and workflow automation across teams.
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in Slack API and Slack App Development.
· Hands-on experience integrating Slack with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar SaaS platforms.
· Experience with Slack Enterprise Grid implementation and administration.
· Knowledge of workflow automation, event-driven integrations, and REST APIs.
· 6–8 years of overall application development experience.
