Job Title: Senior BI Developer
Location:   Frederick, MD Onsite 5 days a week
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $53/hr on w2

Essential Skills: We are seeking a Senior BI Developer with expertise in Power BI| Tableau| and Data Engineering to design and develop advanced dashboards| reporting solutions| and data pipelines. 
This role involves collaborating across multiple teams to deliver actionable insights| optimize performance| and support enterprise analytics initiatives. 
The ideal candidate will have architect-level experience in BI tools and Azure data services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. 
Implement advanced data modeling| DAX calculations| and performance optimization for BI solutions. Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks for data transformation and integration. 
Develop and deploy SSAS tabular models| manage data security| and optimize query performance. Integrate dashboards into applications and ensure compliance with security standards. 
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements| document specifications| and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Provide support for BI tools and resolve issues within defined SLA.
Required Skills10 years of experience in Power BI| Tableau| and SQL proficiency in Python is a plus. Expertise in designing advanced Tableau dashboards and optimizing performance. 
Strong experience in Power BI architecture| DAX| Power Query| and report sharing strategies. Hands-on experience with Azure BI stack ADF| Databricks| SSAS| ADLS| Azure Data Lake Analytics| Azure Stream Analytics. 
Proficiency in data modeling| schema design| and ETL processes. Experience with Looker and Dynamics 365 is desirable. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
