Design, manage, and deliver training programs for PeopleSoft and related technologies, ensuring users understand the systems and can perform their business tasks effectively.
Scope of Work
- Design training curricula and learning materials.
- Deliver instructor-led, video-based, and web-based training.
- Create job aids and written training documentation.
- Develop practical training use cases and lab exercises.
- Administer PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning and Enterprise Learning Management systems.
- Evaluate learning retention and training effectiveness.
