Job description:
Providing first-level technical support to employees.
Troubleshooting Windows PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, monitors, and peripherals.
Installing and configuring software and hardware.
Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting user accounts and access.
Supporting Microsoft 365/Office applications, email, and basic networking.
Responding to help-desk tickets and documenting resolutions.
Assisting with workstation setup for new employees.
Troubleshooting connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network issues.
Escalating complex hardware, software, security, or network problems to senior IT staff.
Following the credit union's security, access-control, and data-protection procedures.
Maintaining IT equipment inventory and documentation.
Providing friendly technical support to employees while protecting sensitive financial information.
