Summary

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Technical Business Analyst for one of its clients in King of Prussia, PA

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Define and document end-to-end processes for the assigned function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Establish a continuous improvement framework in collaboration with IT team leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile, and regularly refine processes based on feedback and evolving needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key roles, develop role-specific responsibilities, and ensure alignment with defined processes.
Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness, providing real-time visibility through dashboards or reports.
Partner with Product Owners, Change Management, and CI teams to create user-centric Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with clear visuals like flowcharts or diagrams.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards, conducting regular process audits to maintain compliance.
Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams to validate processes, foster stakeholder buy-in and ensure practicality and scalability.
Collaborate with Change Management and Training Teams to provide effective training materials and workshops, supporting process understanding and adoption.
Work with IT and Product Management teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance process efficiency, automation, and monitoring.
Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented processes, using data-driven insights to drive iterative improvements and ensure long-term relevance.
