Summary

The Program Support Specialist provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to help ensure the successful delivery of services to clients and providers. This role works to respond to provider inquiries, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support day-to-day program activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while assisting with data tracking, reporting, and client-related deliverables.

Your role in our mission

  • Builds and manages client provider relationships with support from the Program Director or Manager; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s).
  • Oversight and management of client provider recoupments, specific to disallowance services and provider portal.
  • Monitors and prepares trending analysis and reporting for provider related services for client(s).
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Understand the basics of data table structures and report building.
  • Ability to analyze information and use logic and process to address work-related issues and problems.


What we're looking for

  • High school diploma of GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in one of the following areas desired: Health Insurance, Government, Client Service/business to business, Health Policy
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer-focus approach Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
  • Specific hospital provider background, Healthcare, or Medicaid recovery experience strongly preferred


What you should expect in this role

  • Remote opportunity in the US. EST working hours is preferred.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $21.00 per hour , however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
