Security Engineer (Storage)
Storage: Amazon S3 (including S3 family services), EFS, and EBS
Job Description
Focuses on hardening Client’s Data Platforms and code environment against AI-driven attacks (like Mythos) by preventing vulnerabilities early and accelerating remediation using AI.
Objectives:
Preventing vulnerabilities in code (shift-left security)
· Embed controls earlier in the Data platforms
· Catch issues before they reach production
Accelerating remediation at AI speed
· Handle vulnerability volume and velocity driven by AI tools
· Improve throughput of fixing vulnerabilities
Required Qualifications
AWS Security & Automation Expertise
· Strong understanding of core AWS security and governance services, including IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, and Service Control Policies (SCPs)
· Experience with infrastructure automation and serverless frameworks, such as CloudFormation, Lambda, and Step Functions
Security & Vulnerability Management
· Experience with security scanning and analysis tools, such as SAST, Snyk, EchoAI, and AI-assisted penetration testing tools
· Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across applications and cloud infrastructure
Cloud Platform Experience Across Key Domains
· Storage Amazon S3 (including S3 family services), EFS, and EBS
