- Experience in API testing
- Experience Contract testing / test harness creation

Job Description
- Software Engineer in test will be embedded in a cross functional agile team developing APIs for integration with current and future applications.
- Participate in requirement refinement.
- Develop testing strategy / framework.
- Partner with development team to have test automation be an integrated part of development activities and release pipelines.
- Identify defects early in the development process as part of a shift left testing approach.
- Analyze requirements and development process to find ways to innovate the testing approach to complete in sprint test automation with minimal requirement for manual testing.
- Work to build test harnesses to allow development team to increase velocity by removing the need for test data at the development stage
- Be able to document QA testing process regarding number test cases written, tests executed, and defects found.
- Be able to map all test cases back to requirements documentation.
- Analyze testing performance sprint to sprint and adjust testing approach as needed.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to recognize patterns.
