Role: Manager of AV & Collaboration Technology

About the Team:

What You'll Do:
Lead daily support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, video meetings, and hybrid events.
Manage and mentor a small technical support team across office locations.
Troubleshoot escalated A/V, video conferencing, room-control, UC/VoIP, and connectivity issues.
Partner with workplace, facilities, hospitality, IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure smooth meetings.
Build repeatable processes for room checks, setup, maintenance, documentation, and handoffs.
Track service trends, recurring issues, assets, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
Help standardize meeting technology support across a multi-office environment.
