  • Provide leadership and direction to AV Coordinators and production technicians during live events, ensuring quality execution and effective response to technical issues.
  • Ensure conference center technology readiness by proactively planning support, identifying risks, and maintaining reliable service delivery.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and service recovery efforts for critical meetings and events while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations for AV support, ensuring requests are fulfilled on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Operate and configure live production technologies, including video switching systems, streaming encoders, broadcast audio equipment, and recording platforms.
  • Configure and support one-touch dialing, scheduling integrations, and room control systems to provide seamless meeting connectivity.
  • Perform hands-on setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays, projectors, audio systems, video conferencing technology, livestreaming tools, and room automation systems.
  • Provide on-site and virtual technical support for meetings and events to ensure a seamless experience for presenters and attendees.
  • Deliver real-time support for speakers, presenters, and meeting hosts during live events.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, incidents, and production support activities for reporting and operational analysis.
  • Train associates and event partners on conference center technologies, video conferencing tools, and live production best practices.
  • Share technical expertise and best practices with AV Coordinators to strengthen team capabilities and consistency.
  • Support staffing coordination and AV coverage planning across conference center locations, including occasional regional support and event travel.
