We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - Data Conversion Lead with strong expertise in SAP Finance modules and financial data migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using SAP Syniti tools for data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and transformation. The consultant will lead financial data conversion activities from legacy or non-SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute financial data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Utilize SAP Syniti tools for data migration, data management, and conversion activities.
  • Analyze, map, cleanse, transform, and validate financial data.
  • Perform data reconciliation, testing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
  • Align legacy financial data with SAP S/4HANA data structures and requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to understand data requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data migration issues and support post-migration activities.
  • Maintain data conversion documentation, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of SAP experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and data conversion projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Syniti tools for data migration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO).
  • Experience with financial data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and migration.
  • Strong experience in data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
  • Proven experience migrating financial data from legacy or non-SAP platforms to SAP S/4HANA.
