Position: Manager of Enterprise Architecture

Compensation: $106,000 - $143,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Enterprise Architecture to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic technology leader who enjoys shaping enterprise direction, improving business processes, and guiding architecture across a complex organization. You'll work closely with business leaders, development teams, innovation partners, and vendors to help define scalable solutions that drive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Define and maintain enterprise software architecture strategy and roadmap
Establish standards, patterns, and governance processes
Lead architectural reviews and technology decisions
Partner with business leaders on process improvement opportunities
Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and automation use cases
Guide vendor evaluations and proof-of-concept assessments
Lead and mentor a team of senior architects
Support solution design for ERP, integrations, cloud, and custom applications
Promote security, scalability, maintainability, and reusability
Balance governance with delivery speed and business needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
10+ years of experience in software development or architecture
5+ years leading architects or technical leaders
Experience across complex enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of cloud, integrations, and data architecture
Experience influencing stakeholders across business functions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Microsoft Azure experience
Power Platform or Dynamics 365 experience
Microsoft Fabric or GitHub experience
Copilot Studio or AI services exposure
Experience with automation or low-code solutions
Construction, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience
Architecture, cloud, agile, or project management certifications
