We are currently looking for 'Risk and IAM Analyst' to support one of our clients with the following skills:
Requirement:
Job Title: Risk and IAM Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Fully Remote CST/MST Preferred)
Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire
Tax Terms: W2 / C2C (Independent Consultants workable)
Bill Rate: DOE
Start: Immediate (Backfill role)

Mandatory Skills: As emphasized in the job description, the client requires candidates with recent experience in the Healthcare domain, specifically with EPIC templates and HIPAA compliance. Additionally, hands-on scripting experience is mandatory for this role.

Note: Experience with Epic EMR or TPRM is mandatory. This role requires IAM analyst + PM hybrid role.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Risk & IAM Analyst with a blend of IAM operations (75%) and Program Management (25%) experience. This role requires strong expertise in access provisioning, IAM lifecycle management, and JIRA workflow automation, along with a security-first mindset and ability to support audit and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle processes
  • Administer privileged access and entitlement management
  • Build and maintain JIRA workflows, request forms, and automation rules
  • Implement approval chains, SLA configurations, and audit trails in JIRA
  • Execute IAM operations in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • Support SSO/Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and provisioning (SCIM/API)
  • Conduct access reviews, certifications, and audit readiness activities
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA
  • Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and streamline Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity / IT Security
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • Strong expertise in JIRA workflows, automation, and configuration (MANDATORY)
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Knowledge of access reviews, entitlement lifecycle, and provisioning
  • Experience working with APIs, JSON, and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of security controls and audit frameworks
  • Ability to create audit-ready documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Epic EMR access provisioning
  • Familiarity with SCIM provisioning and entitlement mapping
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Python / Groovy)
  • Certifications: Security+, CISA, CISM, CISSP

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $90 - $110 per hour on C2C.
