Product Technical Support Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida, on a Contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will provide top-tier technical support to customers, leveraging your mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a healthcare-focused environment, addressing challenging technical issues while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
Apply mechanical and electrical knowledge, including the use of diagnostic tools like voltmeters, to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and ensure efficient problem-solving.
Create and update detailed documentation for technical procedures and training purposes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into daily work processes.
Assist in the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment as required.
Ensure consistent and reliable handling of customer support tasks.
Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through clear communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively solve technical problems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including proficiency with voltmeters.
Self-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Proven ability to de-escalate tense situations and provide exceptional customer service.
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and processes.
Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment is preferred.
