Senior Power Platform Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Power Platform Consultant in Jacksonville, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to support an enterprise Power Platform program within a mature Microsoft ecosystem. This individual will serve as both a technical leader and business-facing consultant, partnering directly with stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Power Platform technologies. The consultant will play a critical role in replacing an existing SaaS application while supporting a portfolio of approximately 80 production solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement enterprise Power Platform solutions
* Lead the architecture and development of Model-Driven Applications
* Design scalable Dataverse data models and relational data structures
* Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and integrations
* Create solutions that align with enterprise governance and platform standards
* Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements
* Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design workshops
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs
* Provide consultative guidance and recommend best practices
* Work closely with end users throughout the development lifecycle
* Support citizen developers and Power Platform users throughout the organization
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance
* Enhance and maintain existing Power Platform applications
* Support multiple business units across a large enterprise environment
* Participate in application lifecycle management (ALM) activities
* Support deployment pipelines and release processes
* Apply enterprise governance standards, security controls, and deployment best practices
* Ensure solutions meet organizational architecture and operational requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
