Title: Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: Contract to Hire

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Executive Search Coordination
• Experience scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate logistics, and managing hiring calendars
• Strong stakeholder and candidate communication with a white-glove customer service approach
• Experience with ATS/recruitment systems, databases, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Experience coordinating background checks, pre-onboarding, offer preparation, and recruitment administration
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment processes
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and customer service skills
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and supporting process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree preferred
