Role Overview
Our organization is seeking two experienced Scrum Masters to support major technology initiatives. These roles will facilitate Agile delivery, coach teams, and ensure alignment with business priorities while supporting large-scale modernization efforts. The ideal candidates will have strong Agile leadership, communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-value increments.
- Communicate risks, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support teams with analytical needs, including building or maintaining dashboards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Certifications:- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Lean, or XP frameworks.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics and dashboarding tools.
- Experience in modernization, cloud, or digital transformation environments.
