AI Developer with Google Dialogflow (Chatbot & Voice Bot) Exp

Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled Conversational AI Developers with strong, hands-on experience in Google Dialogflow, voice bot and chat bot development, Google Cloud Platform, and Node.js.

This role requires practical, real-world experience in building, deploying, and supporting conversational solutions—not just theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement voice bots and chat bots using Google Dialogflow (CX/ES).
• Build end-to-end conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.
• Develop and maintain backend services and webhooks using Node.js.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Integrate bots with enterprise systems, APIs, and contact center platforms.
• Fine-tune NLP models to improve bot accuracy, performance, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to bot behavior, integrations, and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable conversational solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong, hands-on experience with Google Dialog flow (must have worked on real-time projects).
• Proven experience developing voice bots and chat bots end to end.
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js for backend and fulfillment development.
• Practical working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, APIs, and IAM.
• Experience integrating conversational bots with third-party applications or contact center systems.
• Good understanding of conversational design, NLP concepts, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
