Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ASCP Techno-Functional Consultant with approximately 10–12 years of Oracle EBS Supply Chain experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). The consultant will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and troubleshooting Oracle ASCP solutions, working closely with business planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams. The ideal candidate should combine strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes with the technical ability to analyze planning data, integrations, customizations, and underlying Oracle EBS tables.
Must-haves
Approximately 10–12 years of experience with Oracle EBS, with substantial hands-on experience in Oracle ASCP.
Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts including:
Forecasting and demand planning
MRP/MPS concepts
Supply-demand balancing
Bills of Material and Routings
Inventory and replenishment
Purchasing and procurement
Manufacturing planning
Sourcing and lead times
Capacity and resource planning
Good knowledge of related Oracle EBS modules such as:
Inventory (INV)
Bills of Material (BOM)
Work in Process (WIP)
Purchasing (PO)
Order Management (OM)
Strong experience with ASCP Collections and troubleshooting planning-data synchronization issues.
Ability to analyze ASCP plan outputs, exceptions, pegging, demand and supply.
Strong hands-on skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience analyzing Oracle EBS base tables, interface tables, concurrent requests, logs, and data issues.
Experience with Oracle EBS interfaces, conversions, extensions, and custom reports.
Strong production-support and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
