Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP SCM Consultant with 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS SCM, with experience in implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support of enterprise supply chain solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional teams to deliver scalable Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP SCM implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM functional and technical solutions.

• Configure and support Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, and MRP.

• Prepare functional specifications, technical designs, and solution documentation.

• Work with technical teams on PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, interfaces, reports, and customizations.

• Manage integrations between Oracle SCM and other ERP modules or external systems.

• Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.

• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices for supply chain operations.

• Lead functional workshops and collaborate with business users and stakeholders.

• Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP SCM.

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS SCM R12.

• Expertise in Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, and MRP.

• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing business processes.

• Experience in Oracle SCM implementation, configuration, customization, and production support.

• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, APIs, interfaces, and reports.

• Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and data migration.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industry projects.

• Knowledge of Oracle Financials integration with SCM.

• Experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades
