Job Description
TechAGI Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP SCM Consultant with 15+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM), including implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and production support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, and experience delivering enterprise-level ERP solutions.
This is a remote position requiring occasional travel to Ohio and one business trip to Denmark annually.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle ERP SCM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
Work extensively with Oracle SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional system integrations.
Perform functional analysis, gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
Troubleshoot complex Oracle SCM issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments.
Support ERP upgrades, system testing, deployments, and process improvements.
Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, and configuration guidelines.
Coordinate with domestic and international teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP SCM consulting.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM implementation, configuration, and support.
Expertise in Oracle Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Manufacturing modules.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and ERP business processes.
Experience with Oracle ERP integrations and cross-functional workflows.
Proficiency in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional solution design.
Strong functional and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel occasionally to Ohio, USA.
Availability for one international business trip to Denmark annually.
Ability to support business operations across different time zones.
