Job Title: Ping Engineer

Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 day a week in the office)

Duration: 12 - 18 Months Contract (Possibility of FTE conversion)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM EST
About the Role
We are hiring a Ping Engineer to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative banking companies in the U.S. You ll help drive business outcomes, tech goals, transformation, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Define identity architecture - How identities are aggregated, normalized, and mastered
- Design identity fusion logic - Matching rules, deduplication, golden record strategy
- Guide PingIDM implementation - Oversee workflows, integrations, and configurations
- Advise engineering teams - Review designs, troubleshoot issues, unblock delivery
- Align stakeholders - Security, HR systems, app owners, infrastructure
- Solve complex identity problems - Data conflicts, orphaned accounts, inconsistent sources
- Ensure scalability & future-state design - Not just fixing current issue
What We re Looking For
- Proven experience leading or owning PingIDM / ForgeRock implementations
- Strong understanding of identity data modeling & reconciliation ( identity fusion )
- Hands-on background (can troubleshoot, not just direct)
Strong stakeholder communication (translate IAM into business impact)
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $70 $75 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
