We are seeking a highly experienced to oversee "Commercial Construction Project Manager".

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M+ in value. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who wants to make a significant impact within a growing organization while managing complex construction projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from initiation through substantial completion.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, processes, and operational systems to improve project execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, project superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all projects are completed according to specifications, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to create and execute long-term business plans and strategic objectives.
  • Provide overall administrative and technical management for multiple construction projects.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules for internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Obtain and manage all required project permits.
  • Complete project closeout activities, including warranties, manuals, as-built drawings, and punch list completion.
  • Implement and enforce jobsite policies related to safety, OSHA compliance, and recordkeeping.
  • Take a proactive approach to productivity management and project completion.
  • Conduct progress meetings with owners, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while coordinating various teams and stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
  • Deliver positive results in challenging environments through strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $10M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety regulations, and construction compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
