Role: AI Scientist
Location: New Brunswick, NJ - Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite

Job Description:
Looking for expert Data Scientist to run point on developing new Agentic AI solutions. Strong analytics mindset, data optimization, modeling. Python skills. Their cloud is Azure.
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions and generative AI methods. In this senior role, you will serve as a technical leader and hands-on contributor, working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to solve complex problems with advanced machine learning and AI techniques. You will drive projects from ideation through deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with best practices in responsible AI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop data science solutions: Business problem understanding, data processing, algorithms to discover trends & patterns, data visualization, generation of key insights and communication to senior stakeholders.
• Employ Agentic AI techniques and approaches to upgrade Machine Learning models into hybrid models, taking advantage of LLM s capacity
• Ensure that all AI output adheres to rules and guidelines defined by legal, Compliance and IT.
• Write production-level and scalable code using Python programming
• Build proof-of-concept models and scale them into production-ready solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear problem statements and AI solution design.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an industry setting is required
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Science, Finance or any quantitative or STEM discipline, Engineering or any other quantitative or STEM discipline. Master s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) for AI/ML workloads.
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts and tools for model monitoring, CI/CD, and automated retraining.
• Ability to work and collaborate with a global team, innovate, and drive for common goals and achievements.
• Experience of executing Data Science projects from initiation through PoC to Production
• Knowledge of Big Data, Data Pipelining, Machine Learning, intermediate level of Software Development and Automation skills.
• Must have a strong commercial focus, a solid background in Data Science and experience with Machine Learning/ Statistics.
• Ability to connect and partner with various stakeholders (cross-functional) including senior executives to identify their needs and drive adoption of the solutions.
• Experience in managing compliance adherence, risk management and stakeholder commitments in large organizations
