Description

• Technical Business Analyst with experience bridging business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and delivery teams.
• Experienced in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional and technical documentation, system integration, data analysis, and Agile delivery.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Conducted stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement walkthroughs to identify business needs and solution objectives.
• Translated business requirements into functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Created detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
• Worked closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure requirements were accurately understood and implemented.
• Analyzed existing business processes and identified opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
• Created As-Is and To-Be process flows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Participated in solution design discussions and evaluated technical solutions against business requirements.
• Collaborated with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve functional questions, and manage scope changes throughout the SDLC.
• Defined detailed acceptance criteria and supported development teams during implementation and testing.
• Worked with QA teams to develop test scenarios, test cases, expected results, and traceability matrices.
• Supported System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation.
• Coordinated with business users during UAT and tracked defects through resolution.
