Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer / Lead / Architect to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologies. Depending on the role level, the candidate will contribute to application development, lead technical teams, or define architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.
• Lead technical design discussions and conduct code reviews (Lead/Architect roles).
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Implement secure coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance (Lead/Architect roles).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17 or later).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and application security best practices.
• Java certification (Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
