Job Description:

·         We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java 10+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), design patterns, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Microservices Architecture. Experience with multithreading, concurrency, performance tuning, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

·         Must-Have**

•         Strong hands on experience with Java 10+, Spring / Spring Boot

•         Solid understanding of object oriented design (OOD) and design patterns

•         Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs

•         Good knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

•         Experience with multi threading, concurrency, and performance tuning

•         Familiarity with microservices architecture

•         Hands on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines

•         Strong problem solving and debugging skills

·         Good-to-Have

•         Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform / AWS / Azure)

•         Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Run

•         Experience in event driven systems or messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ)

•         Exposure to distributed systems and data pipelines

•         Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption)

·         Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

•         Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java-based applications following best engineering practices

•         Lead and contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews

•         Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

•         Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications

•         Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long term fixes

•         Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams

•         Mentor junior developers and promote clean coding and design principles

•         Take ownership of features from requirement analysis to production deployment

•         Continuously improve code quality through refactoring and automation
