Sr. Time Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a Time Implementation Consultant Sr.

The primary focus of the Time Implementation Consultant Sr. is to provide varying levels of implementation services through analysis, configuration, validation, project planning, and professional consultative services to clients to ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct project initiation activities.
• Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business processes, and operational needs.
• Develop design documents.
• Provide professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business processes, complex custom reports, and special projects related to implementation efforts.
• Work and counsel with clients on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation, and business best practice solutions.
• Determine the best methodology and oversee the accurate and timely conversion of client data.
• Build client control information and oversee the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.
• Oversee the formal hand-off of system and operational services to other departments/clients.
• Participate in establishing and monitoring client implementation schedules and report status to Project Team members.
• Prepare individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones.
• Ensure issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve them.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Hours worked will vary by time zone based on client location.
• May travel based on client requests.
• Remote position.

• Proven experience in implementation consulting or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Required Skills:

• Experience with system and service configuration.
• Ability to develop design documents and work plans.
• Proficiency in data conversion and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with remote work environments.
• Familiarity with time zone variations and scheduling.
