Summary

We are looking for a HCM Implementation Project Manager. The primary focus of this role is to oversee all implementation activities for client implementations, ensuring customer needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all implementation activities for client projects.
Ensure customer needs are met through the delivery of specific project deliverables.
Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with clients to accommodate varying time zones and schedules.
Travel as required based on client requests.

Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours based on client location and time zone.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project requirements.
Remote work capability.

Required Skills:

Strong project management skills with a focus on implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.

Preferred Skills:
