Key Responsibilities

  • QA Strategy & Transformation:
  • Define and execute a modern QA vision aligned with the firm's digital and AI strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise QA strategies aligned with KPMG's quality standards, risk posture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead QA delivery and oversight across multiple programs, applications, and environments.
  • Establish entry/exit criteria, test governance, defect standards, and go-live readiness processes.
  • Foster a "quality-first" culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

  • Automation, AI & Modern QA Transformation:
  • Drive the adoption of GenAI in QA, including automated test case generation, LLM-as-Judge for validation, and intelligent defect triaging.
  • Champion AI-assisted testing and GenAI capabilities (e.g., Gemini, Enterprise AI, Copilot) across the QA lifecycle.
  • Implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, data, and integration testing.
