Business Analyst / Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Business Analyst/Product Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
This role will support the integration of a third-party cash management and reporting platform within a large-scale transaction processing environment. They will partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive project execution, manage product-related activities, and ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include leading stand-ups, managing Jira workflows, grooming backlogs, assisting with roadmap planning, documenting processes, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong technical business analysis experience, expertise in Jira, excellent documentation skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager
* Experience partnering with third party vendors for integrations
* Experience working within Jira, smartsheets and various other tools
* Strong documentation and process based experience
* Experience with POS/Retail is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
