Senior Product Manager - Associate Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Associate Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead product delivery for associate-facing loyalty experiences
* Drive enhancements to the Pro Extra Management Portal (PXMP) and other associate support tools
* Partner with UX teams to define and prioritize new user experiences and visual components
* Coordinate with engineering, data, and vendor teams to integrate new APIs and data sources
* Translate business strategy into actionable product requirements
* Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive rapid resolution
* Support roadmap execution while maintaining delivery velocity in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of loyalty program enhancements
* Make informed product decisions in situations with ambiguity and incomplete information

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of Product Management experience
* Experience supporting customer-facing or associate-facing digital experiences
* Strong understanding of customer journeys and user-centric product design
* Experience partnering closely with UX/UI teams
* Experience working with APIs, integrations, and backend teams
* Proven ability to operate in large-scale Agile environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience thriving in fast-moving, highly ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications:
* Retail industry experience
* Experience with customer experience or associate experience transformations
* Consulting background
* Experience supporting loyalty, rewards, CRM, or customer engagement platforms
* Previous experience working within large enterprise ecosystems
* Experience supporting and managing a 3rd party system transformation(ideally legacy to 3rd party)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
