Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr
Job Overview:
The organization is hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development including Apex, LWC, and APIs.
- Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features such as customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.
- Build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
- Configure Omni-Channel routing and messaging across chat, voice, and digital channels.
- Design scalable integrations and architecture across enterprise systems.
- Lead code reviews and delivery execution.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Mandatory experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Banking domain experience in areas such as Retail, Lending, Customer onboarding, or KYC.
- Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce, including AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI.
- Experience with Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.
Preferred Skills:
- MuleSoft or general integration experience.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
- FSC Accredited Professional.
- Data Cloud or AI certifications.
Candidate Profile:
- Financial Services Cloud Subject Matter Expert with a strong development background.
- Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver hands-on solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
