Sr. Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud - NO THIRD PARTIES, NO C2C, NO NON-LOCAL CANDIDATES PLEASE

6+ months             Max Pay Rate $51.34/hr.           

Burlington, MA 01803 / hybrid but mostly remote

Candidates MUST be local, ideally within 30 miles of Burlington MA. W2 ONLY. No C2C or out of state candidates will be considered

• No onsite requirements at this time but candidates must be local to the area.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Candidates MUST have recent experience with Agentforce, OMS and service cloud - These are non-negotiables.
• Candidates must have a completed BA/BS degree in a technical field.

What You Will Do:

• Design, build, and support solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management (OMS) using Apex, Lightning, and Flows
• Deliver enhancements across the full development lifecycle
• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Follow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and documentation
• Build and maintain API integrations using Apex and REST services

AI / Agentforce Chatbot
Enhance the existing Agentforce chatbot to support transactional workflows

• Improve chatbot accuracy using Salesforce Knowledge, product data, and business rules
• Configure prompts, intents, actions, and fallback logic

Data Cloud & Personalization

• Use Salesforce Data Cloud to support personalization and AI grounding
• Support identity resolution and data mapping as needed

Testing, Release & Governance

• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases
• Follow DevOps and Git-based deployment practices

Skills:
To Be Successful You Will Have:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with:
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows REST APIs and integrations
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce
• Experience working with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) & Salesforce Service cloud

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with Git and Salesforce deployments
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with AI, chatbots, or conversational automation
• Experience supporting global or multilingual Salesforce implementations
• Background in customer service, warranty, or technical support systems
• LI-Hybrid

Education: BA/BS in a technical field
