We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong expertise in user experience design, user research, and ServiceNow platform-based application design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences within Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define, establish, and execute UX processes including discovery sessions, user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
Translate business and functional requirements into UX deliverables such as personas, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and design standards.
Facilitate UX workshops with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for discovery, validation, and continuous feedback.
Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and integrate UX activities into sprint planning, backlog grooming, and development cycles.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and business analysts to ensure UX designs are effectively implemented.
Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with usability and accessibility best practices.
Support continuous improvement of design systems, interaction patterns, and user engagement strategies.
Utilize tools such as Figma and other UX design platforms to support the UX lifecycle and design collaboration.
Ensure consistency in user experience across ServiceNow applications and enterprise workflows.
Required Skills
Strong experience in UI/UX Design and User Experience methodologies
Expertise in User Research, Journey Mapping, and Usability Testing
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform UI/UX design
Proficiency in Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Standards
Experience facilitating UX workshops and stakeholder discussions
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience collaborating with development and product teams
Proficiency with Figma and related UX design tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing enterprise applications or workflow platforms
Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design standards
Exposure to ServiceNow Workspace/UI Builder is an advantage
Knowledge of design systems and interaction design principles
