Desktop Support Technician - Imaging & Deployment ProjectBethel, AK3-Month Contract | Paid Travel + Lodging + Per Diem
We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a hands-on PC imaging and deployment project at a healthcare facility in Bethel, Alaska.
This is a great opportunity for technicians who enjoy project work, structured deployments, and travel-based assignments.
This role follows a rotating travel schedule:- 2 weeks on-site in Bethel, AK
- Fly home for a 3-day break
- Return to Bethel the following Monday
All airfare, lodging, and per diem for meals are covered.What You'll Do- Image and configure desktops and laptops using standard deployment tools
- Install operating systems, drivers, and required applications
- Perform basic system testing to ensure devices are deployment-ready
- Stage, label, and track equipment for rollout
- Troubleshoot imaging, hardware, or deployment issues as needed
- Support device refresh and large-scale deployment initiatives
What We're Looking For- 1+ year of experience in desktop support or PC deployment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and PC hardware
- Familiarity with imaging tools (Wyse Management Studio preferred)
- Experience in imaging Dell thick and thin client devices
- Ability to follow documented procedures and work efficiently in a project environment
Nice to Have- DHCP maintenance experience (printers, scanners, label printers, peripherals)
- Prior healthcare or enterprise deployment project experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
