Required Skills

8-10 years of experience in program management, operations management, or vendor/outsourcing management
Track record managing large-scale, multi-phase programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional dependencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reporting frameworks, track KPIs, and use data to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to manage budget/financial planning processes in an operational context
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing structured leadership updates and stakeholder communications
Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
Proficiency with AI productivity tools and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, integrity operations, or customer support operations at scale
Experience with vendor ecosystems — including SOW management, performance governance, and site-level operations
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven workflows, including LLM development support, automation strategies, or AI-first workforce transformation
