Role Summary:
We are seeking a Saviynt Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on implementation experience to design, integrate, and optimize IGA capabilities across enterprise systems. You will configure Saviynt features, build scalable workflows, integrate with authoritative sources and target applications, and support full lifecycle identity processes, testing, and releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Saviynt modules: access request catalog, approval workflows (2–3 levels), provisioning/fulfillment rules, access reviews/certifications, roles/birthright access, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop workflows with business logic, routing, SLAs, notifications, escalation, and exception handling that align to regulated or federal-grade processes.
- Implement identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver): onboarding, transfers, terminations, deprovisioning, remediation from certifications, and access removals.
- Integrate systems and data:
  - Onboard authoritative sources (e.g., databases, Workday, DAP) to ingest identity data and drive provisioning.
  - Build ServiceNow integration for access request UI and ticketing through onboarding/offboarding.
  - Connect target apps using OOTB Saviynt connectors and REST/SOAP (e.g., AD/LDAP, databases, custom apps, SuccessFactors, Okta, Collibra); handle disconnected endpoints via file/FTP.
  - Map attributes, entitlements, and roles/groups across endpoints.
- Configure governance capabilities:
  - Define and manage SAV roles (auditors, managers, app owners, IAM ops, help desk, end users) aligned to least-privilege principles.
  - Set up manager and entitlement-owner certifications, campaign templates, reminder/notification emails, and escalation rules.
- Reporting and monitoring: deliver OOTB and custom reports for certifications, user/account inventories, requests, failed tasks/jobs, and operational SLAs.
- Platform configuration: maintain external properties, global settings, and SAV import files; manage environment-specific parameters.
- Quality and release: create test cases, execute unit/system/E2E tests, support UAT, and coordinate deployments (dev/test/prod), cutover, and hypercare.
- Troubleshooting and support: diagnose and resolve issues across connectors, workflows, data flows, and provisioning tasks; document root cause and preventive actions.
- Documentation and compliance: produce design/config documentation, runbooks, change/controls evidence, and implementation decisions to support audits.
- Agile delivery: participate in standups, backlog refinement, estimation, sprint reviews; collaborate with IAM architects, security/compliance, application owners, and vendor partners.

Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years implementing Saviynt IGA with proven end-to-end delivery across integrations, workflows, and certifications.
- Strong understanding of IGA fundamentals: identity lifecycle, role/entitlement modeling, access requests/approvals, and policy-based controls.
- Hands-on experience with:
  - Authoritative source onboarding (Workday/database/DAP) and identity correlation.
  - ServiceNow integration for access request UI and ticket orchestration.
  - Target system integrations via OOTB connectors and REST/SOAP; file-based integrations for disconnected apps.
  - Approval flows (multi-level), SLA/notifications, and exception handling.
  - SAV role design and least-privilege administration.
  - Certification campaigns (manager/owner), templates, and email notifications.
  - OOTB/custom reporting and dashboarding.
  - Saviynt platform configuration (external properties, global config, SAV files).
- Demonstrated testing skills: unit, system, and E2E validation of connectors, workflows, and certifications.
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills across provisioning failures, mapping issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Deliverables:
- Agile artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans; JIRA hygiene and reporting.
- Integration packages: attribute/entitlement mapping, connector/endpoints inventory, service account requirements, error-handling design.
- Release assets: change records, environment-specific configuration deltas, deployment checklists, rollback and validation plans.
- Operational documentation: runbooks, job schedules, monitoring/alerting steps, common failure playbooks, and support handoff materials.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred/Bonus:
- Experience in regulated environments (federal, healthcare, financial services) with audit/controls evidence.
- Exposure to Okta, Azure AD, custom REST APIs, SAP SuccessFactors, Collibra, or other key enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, Java/Groovy, JSON, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices for IGA configuration promotion.

Work Model:
- Agile team environment; periodic after-hours support during cutovers or major releases may be required.
