Job Description

The Global Access Administration organization has an enterprise-wide charter responsible for ensuring proper control of access to IT systems and data assets across enterprise computer platforms and applications at global, regional, divisional, and local levels.
This role serves as a technology resource on a local/regional basis and supports access management processes. The Analyst will work at a mid-level technical and process depth and may assist in resolving complex issues.
The Analyst resolves incidents through an IT Service Management (ITSM) system in accordance with documented service-level agreements and security policies.
The role also includes responding to audit requests related to access provisioning, recertification activities, and access controls.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures
  • Work under general supervision while managing assigned responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams
  • Develop and document detailed processes supporting business functions

Specific Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and format data required for access recertification using multiple tools
  • Conduct status reviews during recertification cycles to identify discrepancies and initiate corrections
  • Manage email communications related to access issues to ensure recertification is completed on schedule
  • Ensure system owners process timely access removals or modifications
  • Process application and database recertification using internal recertification tools
  • Perform ITSM remediation for help desk tickets
  • Communicate findings and updates to mid- and upper-level management
  • Generate reports for management review
  • Professional experience using Excel in a business environment, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (or equivalent lookup functions)

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently while managing recertification data with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with audit requirements, business risk, and segregation-of-duties controls
  • Exposure to application and database security administration
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Professional experience using Excel in a business environment, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (or equivalent lookup functions)
  • Strong understanding of Excel, Access, and basic database concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience & Knowledge

  • 1-3 years of professional business experience (preferably in a corporate setting)
  • Knowledge or exposure to access management concepts
  • Awareness of risk practices and regulatory requirements
  • Previous application or database account administration experience preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
