Job Description

Candidate to provide support for IT Warehouse and Deployment activities.
Experience in an IT/technology-related role (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, Hardware Fulfillment) is preferred.
The candidate must follow all company policies and procedures.
The candidate will be responsible for tickets assigned through an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system.
Primary responsibilities include:

• Filling warehouse requests
• Checking in warehouse inventory
• Shipping hardware based on submitted IT hardware requests
• Managing hardware inventory
• Updating asset management systems for received and deployed IT hardware

The candidate may also be responsible for:

• Equipment recovery, including picking up computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment from onsite locations
• Following up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information
• Sending boxes and return shipping labels to remote users
• Processing incoming returned equipment and following all data retention practices
• Deploying computer peripherals such as monitors and accessories
• Imaging computers

A valid driver's license is required.
This is a 6-month contract. If the resource demonstrates strong performance and business needs allow, the contract may be extended for long-term staff augmentation for up to 2 years.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
